With so many complaints regarding the over commercialisation of Christmas, it may come as a surprise that 27% of us definitely and 13% of us probably will go to a church service this Christmas time.

As to whether this is to repent for all the money spent on the festive food, bottles of booze and great gifts is not clear but more than a third of those intending to go to a church service this Christmas don’t normally attend at other times of the year.
